Terms of Service

Effective date: April 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SiteRocket website and any website design, development, launch, revision, maintenance, or related services provided by SiteRocket, Reid, and Alex ("SiteRocket," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking a call, paying an invoice, or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SiteRocket provides website design, development, launch support, basic SEO setup, maintenance, and related digital services for small businesses. The exact scope of work for any project is the scope we agree to in writing, by invoice, by email, by message, or during a recorded or confirmed client call.

2. Pricing and Payment

Our starter website price is $499 to get the site live. After launch, clients are automatically enrolled in $19.99/mo maintenance for simple ongoing support and small updates. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, domain registration, domain renewal, third-party software, paid plugins, hosting upgrades, payment processor fees, stock assets, advertising, and other outside costs are paid separately by the client.

Payment terms, due dates, and accepted payment methods may be stated on an invoice or agreed to in writing. Work may pause if payment is late or incomplete. Payments already made are generally non-refundable once work has started, because our services involve reserved time, planning, design, and development labor.

3. Domains, Hosting, and Third-Party Services

You are responsible for purchasing, renewing, and maintaining your domain name unless we specifically agree to manage it for you. We may help connect domains, booking tools, analytics, hosting, payment providers, or other third-party services, but we do not control those services and are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes, security incidents, or account restrictions.

4. Client Content and Approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, text, photos, logos, trademarks, product details, pricing, legal disclosures, and any other content needed for your site. You represent that you have the rights to use all materials you provide to us. You are responsible for reviewing the site before launch and telling us about any required corrections.

5. Launch, Review, and Revisions

We aim to move quickly and review the website with you before launch so you are happy with it. After launch, simple ongoing support and small updates are handled through the $19.99/mo maintenance plan unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Revision requests must be reasonable, specific, and related to the site we built. A revision does not include a full redesign, new branding system, new pages, new functionality, e-commerce setup, third-party integrations, or work outside the original scope unless we agree to it separately.

6. Maintenance Subscription

Clients are automatically enrolled in $19.99/mo maintenance after the site goes live. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, maintenance covers basic upkeep and small text or content updates. Larger revisions, new features, redesigns, emergency work, custom integrations, or major changes may require a separate written scope and price.

Subscriptions continue monthly until canceled. You may cancel future subscription billing by telling us in writing before the next billing period. We do not guarantee refunds for a billing period that has already started.

7. Timelines

We may advertise fast or day-of turnaround for starter sites. Timelines depend on your responsiveness, content readiness, project scope, technical requirements, third-party services, and timely payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, domain issues, third-party outages, or changes in scope.

8. Ownership

After full payment, you own the final website content and final deliverables created specifically for your project, except for any third-party materials, open-source code, tools, fonts, stock assets, libraries, templates, or pre-existing materials that remain subject to their own licenses. We may reuse general know-how, layouts, code patterns, processes, and non-confidential techniques in future work.

9. Portfolio Use

Unless you ask us not to in writing, you allow us to reference your business name, logo, screenshots, and project description in our portfolio, marketing, proposals, and social media.

10. No Guaranteed Results

We work to build professional, fast, and useful websites, but we do not guarantee revenue, search ranking, traffic, leads, sales, bookings, ad performance, or any specific business result.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or any site we build for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive, or malicious activity. We may refuse, pause, or terminate work if we believe a project creates legal, security, reputational, or ethical risk.

12. Warranties Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, error-free operation, and uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteRocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SiteRocket, Reid, and Alex from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your business, your content, your products or services, your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

Either party may stop working together by giving written notice. You remain responsible for amounts owed for work already performed, costs already incurred, and active subscription periods that have already begun. We may terminate or suspend service immediately for nonpayment, abusive conduct, unlawful requests, security risks, or material breach of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the booking or contact options available on our website, by email at support@siterocket.io, or by phone at 650-226-6484.
